We’re not talk we are action. Our mission is to show our customers, through our actions and not our words, that we can and will deliver to the best of our abilities. We stay committed to excellence in all we do and adhere to our core values. Acta Non Verba. Actions, Not Words is what we live by. No excuses, it gets done.

Our mission and values shape everything we do at Rubicon. They are at the heart of every decision we make.

LET’S GET STARTED

WHY RUBICON

Rubicon was co-founded in 2012 by Tyler Brinkman.  With several decades of experience and a strong reputation in the construction industry, Tyler had the audacious goal of building a company that was truly unique from any other in the industry. When Rubicon was created, the idea was simple—create a company that was completely different and unique, with clearly-defined values and a laser-sharp focus on taking care of customers. The end result was Rubicon, where we are relentlessly dedicated to upholding our mission and core values that center on mutual respect for both our customers and trade partners.

Our Namesake

The Rubicon River has a storied history as the border set by the Senate of Rome as a line no general could cross while still commanding his Legions. To do so was to take an irreversible step and invite a possible Civil War. In 49 B.C. Julius Caesar and his Legions did just that. This was a moment cemented in history. Caesar is said to have spoken the now famous line “alea iacta est” – the die is cast. Crossing the Rubicon was the point of no return requiring the will and fortitude to forge ahead until the job is complete. We are ready to cross the Rubicon with our customers and conquer every obstacle in your way.
