BRIEF

Centerville Office II is a flex space warehouse converted from an old car shop. We brought life into this project by adding a large glass atrium at the front, two water features, and a full reskin. With these changes, this building has achieved its true potential as a one-of-a-kind flex space.

APPROACH

We approached the city and got approval to change and upgrade the property’s exterior and create a completely custom flex space.

OPPORTUNITY

We found a property in an ideal location that needed some additional improvements and modifications.

SOLUTION

This project was a remodel in a great location, but had no curb appeal. Our team came up with solutions that allowed us to add on to the building and create a powerful, 20 feet on each side, lobby grand entrance to this owner user warehouse.

RESULT

In addition to improving the front of the building and greeting areas, the redesign improved parking spaces by 8% and increased overall landscape square footage. The building not only looked better with striking curb appeal but parking ratios to building square footages was more balanced.
