The hours we agreed upon. Your account manager will also inform you of the day(s) and time of service. If an adjustment of hours is needed, we will evaluate together. You will see our transparency through our communication and monthly property reports.
Can I request a preferred time of service?

Yes. We understand properties may have specific needs and timing pertaining to their tenants and events. If communicated at the time of signing, we can accommodate to the best of our abilities. If timing changes are needed during the season, we require a 72-hour notice to see if we can adjust the already set schedule.
Can I request other landscaping services that are not included in Simplified Services.
