* This price does not include replacement of plants, sod, sprinklers, and small damages caused by plowing services. Normal wear and tear of property is expected due to the nature of the services. Billed in hour increments. 2 hour service minimum.
SALT & ICE MELT
** This price does not include replacement of plant, sod, concrete or asphalt damage caused by deicing materials. Labor not included. Amount of product applied will vary based on the conditions of the property and the storm. Product will be applied pre, post, and mid storm.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A 10% surcharge will be added for any labor incurred on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
